Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy applies to subscription fees and services purchased directly from Amarnex. It does not govern property purchases, rental payments, or booking deposits collected by Amarnex customers from their own clients.

If a customer is not satisfied, they may request a refund within sixty (60) calendar days from the date Amarnex provides access to the platform. Amarnex will refund the monthly subscription fees paid for that period, provided that:

• The customer submits a written refund notice to Amarnex within the guarantee period.

• The customer returns or relinquishes platform access and ceases all use of the platform.

The guarantee covers monthly subscription fees only. One-time charges are non-refundable under this guarantee, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Annual subscription payments are not included in this monthly-fee guarantee. Any separate refund entitlement for annual subscriptions must be stated in the applicable agreement or arise under applicable law.

Send the written request to [Support email], identifying the customer organization, registered account email, and quotation or invoice reference. Amarnex will verify the request against the platform-access date, payment records, and guarantee conditions.

Please do not include passwords or complete card details.

Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method where supported. If this is not possible, Amarnex will arrange an appropriate alternative with the verified payer.

Amarnex will initiate the refund within [Confirmed number] business days after confirming eligibility and completion of the guarantee conditions. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds. Any corresponding tax adjustment will be documented as required by applicable law.

Customers may request cancellation or non-renewal by contacting [Support email]. The cancellation notice period, effective date, and access end date are governed by the accepted quotation or subscription agreement and will be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation alone does not establish eligibility for a refund. Refunds outside the guarantee are governed by the applicable agreement and mandatory legal rights.

Customers should arrange any required data export before access ends. Data retention and deletion are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable data-processing agreement.

Suspected duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported with the transaction reference for investigation and correction.

Nothing in this Policy excludes any cancellation, refund, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
